#128 Don't wait until January 1 to set your intentions!

I have never really liked New Year's Eve.

Aside from the fact that I don't enjoy dressing up, overspending on a meal that is never really that tasty, and don't really love big crowds.

But the real reason is because I don't believe that you need a reason to set intentions just because you are being told that it's a "new year, new you."

Every month, week, and even day are great excuses to establish goals, set boundaries, and celebrate your accomplishments. Even the small ones.

As I start to look at what 2023 could look like, I have been thinking about what are some things that I could do differently so that I can scale my business and organize my life in a way that feels authentic to me.

Here are a few things that are part of my plan:

1️⃣ concentrate on building stronger relationships with organizations and institutions that resonate with my core values
2️⃣ build a bigger community of women who truly want to use their gifts and expertise to grow their impact and income
3️⃣ take a bigger step into mentoring the underserved so that they can recognize both their unique power and voice
4️⃣ develop, scale, and grow my business so I can be in a position to give back in a more meaningful way

So, today, I offer no tips. Just thoughts on a few shifts I plan on making as I glide into the next cycle of life.

Have you started thinking about what you want your life to look like 12 months from now?

If you are thinking of starting something new or reframing your business in a different way, now would be a really good time to start fantasizing about what that could look like.

Don't wait until January 1 because by then you will be receiving tons of crap in your inbox, about the how-to's of that, and I guarantee you that noise will overwhelm and paralyze you.

The struggle with setting intentions and establishing boundaries, especially for women "our age," can be challenging.

And I am confident that I can help you with that!

In January I will be sharing with you a few, new ways of how I plan on doing that and each of them will be focusing on taking action in the most creative and affordable way.

But for now, my plan over the next two weeks will be to enjoy my family, binge some shows that are on my list, watch the sunset on my daily walks, and clear new paths for new beginnings.

What's on your plan? Hit reply and share your thoughts - I would love to hear about it.

Have a great week!
